Ingredients

  • 1 package (200g) edamame spaghetti
  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup (70-80g) parmesan cheese - grated
  • salt/pepper to taste

Instructions

  • A few dashes of salt should be added to a big saucepan of water. Using a high heat, bring to a boil. In the saucepan, add the edamame pasta. Reduce the heat to medium and cover. 3 to 5 minutes of boiling.
  • Place the saucepan back onto the heat after draining the water out of it.
    Lower the temperature.
    Crack the eggs into the noodles after adding the butter.
    Stir often until the sauce coated all of the pasta and has thickened. Keep it moving or the eggs can end up scrambled.
  • Add the parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper after removing from the fire.
    Serve!
