Instructions
Insert the cork stopper into the container's bottom hole. Keep the stopper in place while the coffee steeps. Place the filter in the filter container after soaking it in a glass of water. This cleans the filter and blooms the coffee grounds, allowing more flavor to be extracted.
Place the coffee grounds in the Toddy filter container, then pour 3 cups of water on top. Make sure the coffee beans are saturated by gently pushing them down with the spoon. Wait for 5 minutes.
After five minutes, pour the remaining water over the coffee beans. STIR NOT AT ALL. Place the lid on top and leave the coffee to steep for 12-24 hours at room temperature, away from direct sunlight.
Remove the stopper and slowly pour the coffee into the glass decanter. The coffee may take some time to filter through. Place the decanter in the refrigerator once it has finished filtering. The coffee will last up to two weeks.
