Ingredients

  • 2 cups Aunt Jemima Original Pancake Mix
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 bananas mashed
  • walnuts
  • 24 oz Aunt Jemima pancake syrup

Homemade Whipped Cream

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

Instructions

  • Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Combine the pancake mix, milk, eggs, oil, and mashed bananas in a large mixing bowl.
  • 1/4 cup pancake batter should be poured into the skillet.
  • When the pancakes start to bubble and some bubbles pop, flip them with a spatula.
  • Cook until each side is golden brown. Remove from the heat and place on a plate.
  • In a small bowl, combine the heavy cream and sugar to make the whipped cream. Whip until the mixture thickens and stiff peaks form.
  • Add walnuts, homemade whip cream, and Aunt Jemima maple syrup to the top.
  • Serve and have fun!
