- 2 cups Aunt Jemima Original Pancake Mix
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 bananas mashed
- walnuts
- 24 oz Aunt Jemima pancake syrup
Homemade Whipped Cream
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Combine the pancake mix, milk, eggs, oil, and mashed bananas in a large mixing bowl.
1/4 cup pancake batter should be poured into the skillet.
When the pancakes start to bubble and some bubbles pop, flip them with a spatula.
Cook until each side is golden brown. Remove from the heat and place on a plate.
In a small bowl, combine the heavy cream and sugar to make the whipped cream. Whip until the mixture thickens and stiff peaks form.
Add walnuts, homemade whip cream, and Aunt Jemima maple syrup to the top.
