- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice fresh
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons horseradish prepared
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 4 dashes hot sauce optional
In a small bowl, combine the catsup, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic.
Add 1 tablespoon horseradish. Taste and adjust as needed. Then, if you like your cocktail sauce with a kick, add a few dashes of hot sauce.
