200 grams noodles 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 1 tablespoon chili flakes Korean 2 green onions chopped 2 garlic cloves chopped 2 tablespoons tamari 1/2 tablespoon sugar 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
Cook the noodles according to the package instructions until they are al dente. Drain the noodles and set them aside.
