8 cups cubed seedless watermelon 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice 1/2 teaspoon ginger juice Sparkling water optional Fresh mint optional, for garnish
Blend the cubes of watermelon in a blender.
To filter the juice, spread a few layers of cheesecloth or a nut milk bag over a big dish.
Add the lime juice and ginger juice after transferring to a pitcher. If preferred, add fresh mint as a garnish and serve with sparkling water.
