On a steamy summer day, this simple watermelon juice is the ideal beverage! To add a fun, bubbly touch, I like to top off my glass with sparkling water.

Ingredients

  • 8 cups cubed seedless watermelon
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger juice
  • Sparkling water optional
  • Fresh mint optional, for garnish

Instructions

  • Blend the cubes of watermelon in a blender.
  • To filter the juice, spread a few layers of cheesecloth or a nut milk bag over a big dish.
  • Add the lime juice and ginger juice after transferring to a pitcher. If preferred, add fresh mint as a garnish and serve with sparkling water.
