Ingredients

  • 200 g granulated sugar
  • 500 g raspberries
  • 1 lemon

Instructions

  • Over a low heat, combine the sugar and 270 ml of water in a saucepan and whisk until the sugar dissolves. Increase the heat and let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes, or until it turns into syrup. Set apart for cooling.
  • In a food processor, combine the raspberries and lemon juice, and pulse until smooth.
