Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 banana sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon ground
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons strawberry jam
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan, combine the oats, sliced banana, cinnamon (if using), salt, and water.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat.
  • Reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the oats are cooked and the mixture has thickened.
