Ash gourd should be cleaned and sliced. The center soft section of the ash gourd and large seeds should then be removed. Slice the outer skin into 1/2 inch-long sections after peeling.
Put the water and chopped ash gourd in a high-speed blender. Once smooth, blend.

Pour the juice into a sizable dish or jug after passing it through a fine-mesh strainer. Use a spoon to press the pulp to release all the juice.
Lime juice, a dash of salt, and freshly ground black pepper should then be added.
