1/4cupgoji berries
2Tbs.black sesame seeds
Instructions
In a small mixing bowl, combine rice vinegar, honey, ginger, garlic, matcha powder, and tamari until thoroughly combined. Mix with the sesame oil. Season with salt and white pepper to taste. Set aside.
Combine broccoli sprouts, baby spinach, carrots, celery, red onion, and sugar snap peas in a medium mixing basin. Toss salad with just enough dressing to gently cover it, then toss to combine. Toss in the cashews, goji berries, and black sesame seeds. Divide the salad into four bowls and serve immediately.
