Roast Oysters
Butter, Herbs, and Oysters are my new favorite trifecta. This dish is the perfect for an appetizer for a luxurious dinner at home!

- 16 oysters on the half shell
- 1 butter stick unsalted; softened
- ground pepper Freshly
- 1/2 cup bacon Crumbled
- 1/4 cup parsley roughly chopped fresh
- salt Kosher
- 1 tablespoon garlic roasted
Set oven to 500 degrees. Add a thin (1/8") layer of Hot Sauce Brown Butter on top of the oysters.
Oysters are placed in a layer of rock or pickling salt on a baking tray with a rim.
It takes about 5 minutes to roast oysters until the butter is bubbling and the sides are just starting to curl.
Serve with pork and parsley on top.
