Ingredients

  • 2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 1 medium onion minced
  • 3 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 large onions Sliced

Instructions

  • Eggs, flour, seasonings, parsley, onion, and ground beef should all be combined well in a large bowl. Into six patties, form. Cook patties to desired doneness after melting butter in a pan. Burgers should be removed to a serving plate and kept warm.
