Fried rice is a mainstay of Australian takeaways, and while we all have a favorite restaurant where we can have it made exactly how we like it, the meal is simple to cook at home.
For 12 minutes or until soft, cook the rice in a big pot of boiling water. Drain, then allow to cool.
