Equipment

  • Pan

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup granulated white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 piece pineapple
  • Vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Get a large knife and cut the pineapple vertically into equal halves starting in the middle.
  • Employ a pairing knife (small pointy knife). Cut 1 inch deep and 1/2 inch apart, being careful not to cut through the skin completely. They therefore don't leak.
  • Slice the pineapple, then remove the chunks using a spoon and place them in a different bowl.
  • Find and remove the pineapple hardcore cut from the chunks that were scooped.
  • Eliminate any extra juice. On some paper towels, dry the pineapple. Turn upside-down to drain any leftover liquids.
  • You currently possess a pineapple bowl. Enjoy!
