Cherry Bounce

Ingredients

  • 4 cup water
  • 2 tbsp dry white wine
  • ¾ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • ¾ cup orange juice
  • 1 ounce vodka
  • 100 g fresh cherry

Instructions

  • Place a quart jar, measuring jug, or pitcher filled with ice cubes inside of a large saucepan or stock pot.
  • Add 4 cups (16 fluid oz.) of water to the pan.
  • Pour in 2 tablespoons of dry white wine, followed by 3/4 cup each of sweetened condensed milk and orange juice concentrate.
  • Bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly until thickened slightly.
  • Remove from heat and stir in 1 ounce of vodka.
  • Allow mixture to cool completely before transferring to glass bottles.
  • Store in refrigerator for up to 7 days.
  • For an extra kick, pour in another shot of vodka once the first batch has been consumed.
  • Try using frozen fruit instead of fresh if you want to cut down on preparation time.
