Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Crab Meat
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 tablespoon mustard
  • 1/2 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tablespoon Old Bay

Instructions

  • Examine the slices after feeling the crab slowly slice into the meat. Squeeze out any extra water using gentle pressure.
  • In a sizable mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients aside from the crab. To avoid breakage, gently fold the crab.
  • On a baking sheet, lightly arrange the crab cakes after using palm cooking spray.
  • The cakes should be fried for 12 to 15 minutes at 365 degrees F, or until an interior temperature of 175 degrees F is reached.
