  • 2 cups heavy cream

Instructions

  • Blender or food processor with heavy cream. For about 10 minutes, process on high until butter separates.
  • Remove liquid by straining, and then press the butter into a small basin using the back of a spoon to extract even more liquid. Season with salt.
