Buffalo fish, otherwise known as the common carp, is a type of freshwater fish that inhabits large rivers and lakes in North America’s Great Plains region.
Add the butter, pepper sauce, salt and vinegar to a pot to produce the buffalo-style spicy sauce for basting the fish. Place the pan on the stove and heat on medium-high setting until the butter melts. It should be taken off the fire and put away.
Place the buffalo fish fillets in a baking dish.
Baste the fish with the buffalo-style hot sauce, using a frying brush. It should be baked for 25 minutes in the oven.
