Equipment

  • 1 Air fryer

Ingredients

  • 1 carton egg
  • 3 cup cold water
  • 4 cup boiling water
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp vinegar

Instructions

  • First, crack the eggs into a separate bowl and add 1/4 teaspoon of salt per egg.
  • Mix this together and then carefully pour them into the Egg Carton.
  • Next, fill each cup up with boiling water until they reach half way up the sides of the Egg Carton.
  • Then place the Egg Cartons into the Air Fryer basket and close the lid. Wait for 15 minutes before removing the eggs from the Air Fryer.
  • Place them directly onto a paper towel so that excess moisture is removed.
  • Once the eggs are cool enough to handle, remove them from the egg carton and put them back into the bowl with the remaining salt.Use the spoon to break apart the shell and peel the shells off by hand.
  • After peeling the shells, cut open the top part of the egg and scoop out the yolk with the spoon.
Add the yolks to another bowl while reserving the whites separately.
  • Place the reserved whites into the mixing bowl and beat them with the whisk attachment of a stand mixer until they form soft peaks.
Add the beaten whites to the other bowl containing the yolks and mix gently until combined.
Finally, divide the mixture between each egg white and set aside.
  • Now we move on to making the sauce. In a small pot over high heat, combine the vinegar, salt, and pepper and bring to a boil.
Once boiled, reduce the heat to low and let simmer for 3 minutes. Set this aside to cool completely.
