Equipment

  • Bundt cake pan
  • Electric handheld mixer

Ingredients

  • cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp. baking powder
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs large
  • tbsp. salt
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 ½ tbsp. ground ginger
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt

Caramel sauce

  • 3 tbsp. butter unsalted
  • cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp. rum
  • 2 bananas large

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and grease a Bundt pan.
  • Butter and sugar should be combined in a saucepan and cooked until the sugar is dissolved to make the topping.
  • After that, turn off the heat and stir in the rum. Then thoroughly mix.
  • Your Bundt pan's base should be covered with the caramel sauce.
  • In a mixing basin, combine all-purpose flour, baking soda, salt, and ground ginger to make the batter. Place aside.
  • The eggs, Greek yogurt, butter, and vanilla extract should all be mixed with an electric mixer.
  • Mix thoroughly after combining with the dried butter.
  • Slice and peel the bananas. In the Bundt pan, put them on top of the caramel sauce.
  • The batter should now be spread over the sauce and banana mixture.
  • Bake for 30 minutes.
