Air Fried Lemon Pepper Wings Recipe

  • 1 Air fryer

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken wings trimmed, separated, and wing tips discarded
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tbsp Honey mustard

Instructions

  • For 15 minutes, heat the air fryer's basket to 425 °F. 
    Dry off the chicken wings. 
    In a medium bowl, combine the wings, olive oil, 1 teaspoon of lemon pepper 
    and 1/2 teaspoon salt. 
    Place the wings in the air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes in a single layer. 
    After 8 minutes, flip the wings over and continue cooking 
    until they are almost done.
  • Toss the wings with the melted butter, remaining 1 teaspoon of lemon pepper
    and 1/2 teaspoon of salt after removing them from the air fryer. 
    Return the wings to the air fryer basket and cook for 3 to 5 minutes
    or until they are a deep golden brown and crispy. 
    If preferred, serve with honey mustard dipping sauce.
