Blend the cajun seasoning, chipotle, jalapeño, and olive oil until smooth.
The beef should be thinly sliced and combined with the marinade. For a period of one to two hours, refrigerate it covered.
A big skillet should be heated at medium-high. Add the beef and frying oil. The meat should be seared on both sides before being taken out of the pan and placed aside.
Spicy Chipotle Sauce
You can either mince the chipotles and combine them with the yoghurt, mayonnaise, sugar, and lime juice, or you can combine all the sauce components in a blender and process until smooth.
After giving the sauce a taste, add salt as desired.
Use the sauce immediately away or refrigerate it for up to four days with a cover on.
Spicy Bowl
Rice should be split between two bowls.
Fill the bowl with the lettuce, corn, bell peppers, green onions, jalapenos, and beef. Serve the bowl after adding the sauce and cilantro on the top.
