  • 10 pieces quail eggs boiled
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch
  • 3/4 to 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp anatto powder pinulbos

  • Put the boiled quail eggs in a jar and cover with cornflour. Place aside.
