  • The Oven


  • 1 whole parrot fish
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 garlic clove chopped
  • 1/2 cup cilantro
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 onion chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt


  • Turn on the 375 degree oven.
  • Clean and wash the parrot fish. The little food processor should be filled with the green onions, garlic, cilantro, oil, onion, and half of the lemon. Until smooth, blend. Mix thoroughly after adding spices.
