In distilled water, dissolve calcium lactate. Allow to sit overnight or for 4 hours. After that, strain.
Sodium alginate and water should be combined. Stir until smooth and thickened. After that, whisk until smooth while adding optional food coloring to the fruit juice.
For up to two hours, keep the juice in the refrigerator. After preparation, prepare a bowl with 2 glasses of fresh drinking water to rinse the pearls.
Drop little amounts of the juice mixture into the calcium lactate solution using a dropper or syringe. Give it five minutes to rest.
The pearls should then be thoroughly rinsed in clean drinking water before usage.
