Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1//4 cup fruit juice
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  • In a pan, combine the milk, water, and cornflour to make pudding.
  • Cook on low heat while stirring continuously until thick,
  • Use cold water to rinse silicone muffin liners.
  • Fill the cups with pudding,
  • three hours of cooling
  • In a sauce pan, add sugar and water to make syrup.
  • After it begins to boil, cook for 5 minutes.
  • Take the heat off,
  • Rose water and fruit juice may be added
  • Place puddings on serving trays,
  • Add syrup and then serve.
