- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 1 quart heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 2⁄3 cup parmesan cheese
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cajun seasoning Tony Chacherres or Zatterans
Melt the butter.
Add the garlic.
Cook until the garlic begins to smell.
Pour in the cream.
Hard simmer for 20-30 minutes, or until desired consistency is reached.
Mix in the cheese and Cajun seasoning.
Cook until completely melted.
Pour over your preferred pasta.
