1 pound fresh cobia fillet ¼ cup olive oil ½ cup diced onions 4 garlic cloves ½ cup chopped cilantro leaves Salt + pepper to taste Cooked tortillas
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Rinse the cod fillet under cold running water and pat dry with paper towel.
