Ingredients

Lobster Mushroom

  • 1 cup cleaned and sliced fresh lobster mushrooms
  • dried lobster mushrooms

Lobster Mushroom Pasta Cream Sauce

  • 3 clove garlic
  • 4 tablespoons salted butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

Preparing the Lobster Mushrooms

  • Wash and dry fresh lobster mushrooms thoroughly. To rehydrate used dry lobster mushrooms, see the notes.
  • Slice lobster mushrooms into 14-inch-thick pieces.

Lobster Mushroom Pasta Cream Sauce

  • Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until sauce is slightly thickened, after adding heavy cream and parmesan cheese.
  • Stir in the fettuccini pasta once it has been cooked.
  • Place on dish, top with fresh parsley, and relish!
