Lobster Mushroom
- 1 cup cleaned and sliced fresh lobster mushrooms
- dried lobster mushrooms
Lobster Mushroom Pasta Cream Sauce
- 3 clove garlic
- 4 tablespoons salted butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Preparing the Lobster Mushrooms
Wash and dry fresh lobster mushrooms thoroughly. To rehydrate used dry lobster mushrooms, see the notes.
Slice lobster mushrooms into 14-inch-thick pieces.
Lobster Mushroom Pasta Cream Sauce
Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until sauce is slightly thickened, after adding heavy cream and parmesan cheese.
Stir in the fettuccini pasta once it has been cooked.
Place on dish, top with fresh parsley, and relish!
