Set the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Using parchment paper, line a sizable baking sheet.
Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized pieces after washing.
Add water, flour, salt, and garlic powder to a big bowl. Blend thoroughly by whisking. Set the medium-sized bowl of breadcrumbs next to the dish of wet batter. Place your baking sheet close by as well.
Toss the cauliflower with the wet batter in the bowl to thoroughly coat every piece.
Remove each cauliflower floret one at a time, knocking out any remaining batter, and roll in the breadcrumbs to coat. To prevent them from sticking together while baking, make sure to place them apart from one another on the baking sheet that has been prepared.
Bake for about 20-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
