Blend the cajun spice, chipotle, jalapeño, and olive oil until smooth.
The meat should be thinly sliced and combined with the marinade. For a period of one to two hours, refrigerate it covered.
A big skillet should be heated at medium-high. Add the meat and frying oil. The meat should be seared on all sides before being taken out of the pan and placed aside.
Spicy Chipotle Sauce
You may either mince the chipotles and combine them with the yogurt, mayonnaise, sugar, and lime juice, or you can combine all the sauce components in a blender and process until smooth.
After giving the sauce a taste, add salt as desired.
Use the sauce immediately away or refrigerate it for up to four days with a lid on.
Spicy Bowl
Rice should be split between two bowls.
Fill the bowl with the lettuce, corn, bell peppers, green onions, jalapenos, and meat. Serve the bowl after adding the sauce and cilantro on the top.
