- 3 apricots dried
- 50 ml sake
- 75 ml vodka
- 15 ml elderflower liqueur
- 200 ml Elderflower tonic water
- orange peel 1 twist to garnish
Slice the apricots thinly and place them in a tall glass, such as a collins glass. Pour in the sake, then the vodka and the elderflower liqueur.
Pour in the ice cubes and tonic water. Finally, for garnish, run the orange peel twist around the rim of the glass before dropping it into the drink.
