Ingredients

  • 3 apricots dried
  • 50 ml sake
  • 75 ml vodka
  • 15 ml elderflower liqueur
  • 200 ml Elderflower tonic water
  • orange peel 1 twist to garnish

Instructions

  • Slice the apricots thinly and place them in a tall glass, such as a collins glass. Pour in the sake, then the vodka and the elderflower liqueur.
  • Pour in the ice cubes and tonic water. Finally, for garnish, run the orange peel twist around the rim of the glass before dropping it into the drink.
