Equipment

  • 1 Air fryer

Ingredients

  • 12 oz red snapper fillets
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt or to taste
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper or to taste
  • 2 tbsp butter softened
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary chopped
  • 2 sprigs fresh parsley chopped

Instructions

  • Set the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Garlic, fresh parsley, and rosemary should be chopped and minced before being left away.
  • Fresh lemon juice should be squeezed over each piece of fish.
    With a paper towel, dry the fish fillets off.
    Each red snapper fillet should be seasoned with salt and pepper.
    Apply an avocado oil spray without propellant to the inside of the air fryer.
  • Transfer the fish to the air fryer, and cook it for 12 to 15 minutes at 400 degrees F, or until it is thoroughly done. The fish doesn't need to be flipped.
    The softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, and rosemary should all be combined in a bowl. Blend thoroughly.
    To prevent it from falling apart, remove the red snapper from the air fryer with a spatula and top it right away with homemade garlic herb butter. Enjoy after serving.
