- 3/4 cup protein powder
- 1/2 cup peanut butter or any nut or seed butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
In a small mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and maple syrup. Slowly stir in the protein powder until the mixture is thick and crumbly.
Using a tablespoon, add enough water to maintain a thick consistency. Finally, fold in the chocolate chips.
Enjoy right away, or chill for 30 minutes for a firmer edible cookie dough.
