This is my version of cajun sauce; it is very flavorful and delicious, and it is ideal for all types of seafood.

- 1 ½ cups mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoon cajun seasoning
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 Tablespoon tomato paste
- 5 dashes hot sauce more to taste
Mix all of the ingredients together in a small bowl.
Refrigerate for at least one hour for the flavors to meld.
Taste and adjust heat as desired with more hot sauce.
