This is my version of cajun sauce; it is very flavorful and delicious, and it is ideal for all types of seafood.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups mayonnaise
  • 1 Tablespoon cajun seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 Tablespoon tomato paste
  • 5 dashes hot sauce more to taste

Instructions

  • Mix all of the ingredients together in a small bowl.
  • Refrigerate for at least one hour for the flavors to meld.
  • Taste and adjust heat as desired with more hot sauce.
