Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 10-inch bundt pan.
Combine the cake mix, eggs, cinnamon, 1/4 cup white sugar, brown sugar, pudding powder, oil, water, and 1/2 cup white wine in a large mixing bowl. Mix until thoroughly combined, but do not overmix.
Fill the prepared bundt pan halfway with the batter and bake for 45 minutes, or until a butter knife inserted into the cake comes out clean.
Prepare the glaze as soon as the cake comes out of the oven. In a saucepan, combine the butter, 1 cup sugar, and 1/4 cup white wine and cook for 4-5 minutes, or until the sugar dissolves.
Poke holes all over the cake with a fork, then pour the butter mixture over it.
Turn the cake onto a large serving plate after loosening the sides and center with a knife. Keep warm!
