Four Roses Egg Nog

- 1 pt Four Roses Bourbon
- 6 Eggs
- ¾ cup Sugar
- 1 pt Cream
- 1 pt Milk
- 1 fl oz Jamaican Rum
Separately, whisk the yolks and whites of 6 eggs.
While beating, add 12 cup sugar to the yolks.
Add ¼ cup of sugar to whites after beating until extremely stiff.
Then, combine egg whites and yolks, followed by 1 pint cream and 1 pint milk.
Stir in one pint of Bourbon and one ounce of Rum.
This recipe makes 5 pints of the best Eggnog you've ever ladled into a cup.
Garnish with grated nutmeg and serve chilled. Separately, whisk the yolks and whites of 6 eggs.
