Add the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt to a large bowl and whisk to mix.
Two eggs should be whisked in a small bowl until the whites and yolks are combined.
Honey should be heated in a different, tiny bowl that may go in the microwave for 15 to 20 seconds. Add honey, buttermilk, melted butter, Nielsen-Massey Pure Vanilla Extract, and beaten eggs to the mixture. Gently incorporate the wet ingredients into the flour mixture using a rubber spatula until just mixed.
Over medium heat, preheat a skillet or pancake griddle. Apply a thin layer of butter and let it melt for a few seconds. 14 cup of the batter should be ladled or measured into the pan. 1/2 cup is appropriate for larger pancakes.
Sauté for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown on each side. Adjust the temperature as needed. Using the remaining batter, repeat this process, adding extra butter as necessary to coat the pan.
