  • 2 handfuls kale
  • ½ avocado
  • ½ lime juice only
  • 1 large pineapple chunks handful frozen
  • ginger medium-sized chunk
  • 1 tbsp cashew nuts
  • 1 banana optional

Instructions

  • Blitz all of the ingredients in a bullet or smoothie blender with a huge splash of water.
  • Add extra water as needed to get the required consistency.
