Crush garlic cloves with salt and pepper in a mortar and pestle. Add oil, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce after stirring.
Steaks should be cooked to the required doneness (a thermometer should read 135° for medium-rare, 140° for medium, and 145° for medium-well) by grilling them covered over medium heat for 5–7 minutes on each side. During the final 4 minutes of cooking, liberally brush with the garlic mixture.
