Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup/75g aronia berries black chokeberry washed
  • 2 apples cored and diced
  • 1 banana peeled and cut
  • 125 ml cold water
  • 1 tbsp honey or sweetener of your choice
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Prepare all of ingredients.
  • Place the berries and fruit in the blender. You can either add the honey, water, and cinnamon now, or you can do it later. Once smooth, blend.
  • Enjoy your smoothie.
