- ¼ lb. lato or sea grapes rinsed
- 1 large plum tomato cored and diced
- 1 medium red onion minced
- ¼ cup white vinegar
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon granulated white sugar
Combine tomato, onion, vinegar, salt, pepper, and sugar in a bowl. Mix by stirring.
Sea grapes (latio) should be included. Toss. Give it at least 10 minutes to remain.
Put in a serving bowl. Serve.
