Ingredients

  • ¼ lb. lato or sea grapes rinsed
  • 1 large plum tomato cored and diced
  • 1 medium red onion minced
  • ¼ cup white vinegar
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon granulated white sugar

Instructions

  • Combine tomato, onion, vinegar, salt, pepper, and sugar in a bowl. Mix by stirring.
  • Sea grapes (latio) should be included. Toss. Give it at least 10 minutes to remain.
  • Put in a serving bowl. Serve.
