Ingredients

  • 6 sheets sushi seaweed aka nori
  • 1 batch prepared sushi rice
  • 1/2 lb sashimi-grade raw salmon
  • 4 oz cream cheese sliced into strips
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • soy sauce

Instructions

  • Put the sheet of seaweed on a bamboo mat, then top with an even layer of sushi rice that has been made. Use a rice paddle to gently smooth.
  • Rice should be spread with salmon, cream cheese, and avocado before being tightly rolled. Use a sharp knife to cut, then immediately serve with soy sauce.
