Although this fancy-sounding truffle mushroom pasta is a quick and simple pasta dish that can be prepared in just 30 minutes. The pasta is mixed with juicy mushrooms and covered in a creamy truffle cheese sauce. It looks elegant yet requires very little upkeep to build.
Follow the directions on the pasta package while boiling it. Before draining the pasta once it has finished cooking, set aside a few tablespoons of the starchy water.
Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Stir the butter into the garlic and mushrooms after adding them. The mushrooms should be cooked for 10 minutes, or until the liquid has evaporated and they are a deep brown color.
In a bowl or plate, place the sautéed mushrooms and garlic. Melt the 2 tablespoons of butter in the same pan. Stir in the cream after adding it to the butter. Add the grated cheese when the cream has fully warmed up. Cheese must be stirred until it melts. To thin the sauce, add one or two tablespoons of the pasta water.
Stir the noodles and mushrooms into the sauce in the skillet to thoroughly distribute the sauce. Serve the food garnished with cheese and parsley.
