Extract the jackfruit seeds from the pods to prepare.
Put seeds in a medium saucepan and cover with water to bring to a boil. For 30 minutes, or until the seeds are fork-tender, cover and boil the mixture.
Remove the white papery skins from each seed when it has cooled to the touch.
Serve: Add to curries for a hearty filling or serve with salt as a savory snack!
