  • 200 g wheat berry
  • 2 glasses of half skimmed cow milk
  • 2 table spoons table spoons yogurt
  • 1 tea glass of kephir
  • 1 table spoons of caramel sauce
  • 7-8 walnuts
  • 1 tea spoon of ground nutmeg

Instructions

  • 200 grams of wheat berries must be boiled for at least fifteen minutes.
  • When the wheat berries swell, you'll know they're ready for use. Wait until they have cooled before using the wheat berries in a beverage.
  • Blend together two glasses of half-skimmed cow milk, two table spoons of yogurt, a tea cup of kephir, a table spoon of caramel sauce, and a tea spoon of ground nutmeg.
