Smoked Salmon

Cats love fish, so it is no surprise they’ll eat smoked salmon. Smoked salmon is an excellent source of protein and omega-3 fatty acids.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp cream half-fat soured
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ pack dill finely chopped
  • 250 g quinoa pouch ready-to-eat
  • ½ cucumber halved and sliced
  • 4 radishes finely sliced
  • 100 g smoked salmon torn into strips

Instructions

  • Make the dressing first. In a bowl, combine the soured cream, lemon juice, and the majority of the dill; save a quarter for serving.
  • Combine the quinoa, cucumber, and radishes in a separate bowl; stir in half the dressing. Salmon and the remaining dill are added on top after seasoning.
  • Just before serving, heat the remaining dressing in a small pot and pour it over the quinoa.
