  • 12 whole oysters
  • sauce of choice

Instructions

  • Before cooking, always check the oysters to ensure sure none are open or smell bad. Set the air fryer to 425°F for frying.
  • As many oysters as will fit in one layer should be placed in the oven and cooked for 7 minutes or until they open. Then, cook them for a further 2 minutes if you'd like.
  • Continue until every oyster is cooked. Before enjoying, top with a mignonette, vinaigrette, or spicy sauce.
