Equipment

  • Oven

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • juice of one lemon
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 1 Tbsp. or so Trader Joe's Everyday Seasoning

Instructions

  • Heat the oven to 400 °F.
  • Use tinfoil to cover a cookie sheet. Use cooking spray sparingly.
  • Salmon fillets should be placed skin-side down on foil.
  • Apply lemon juice to each fillet.
  • Apply olive oil to the tops of each fillet using a pastry brush.
  • Add a little paprika to each.
  • Sprinkle (to cover) each fillet with a generous amount of Trader Joe's all-purpose spice.
  • (At this stage, you can marinate the salmon for about an hour to blend the flavors. Or just start baking straight immediately).
  • The four fillets should be covered with a second, substantial sheet of foil. To secure the edges, crimp them.
  • Put on the middle rack of a preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Take out of the oven. Five minutes should be given for resting before serving.
