- 4 salmon fillets
- juice of one lemon
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1 Tbsp. or so Trader Joe's Everyday Seasoning
Heat the oven to 400 °F.
Use tinfoil to cover a cookie sheet. Use cooking spray sparingly.
Salmon fillets should be placed skin-side down on foil.
Apply lemon juice to each fillet.
Apply olive oil to the tops of each fillet using a pastry brush.
Add a little paprika to each.
Sprinkle (to cover) each fillet with a generous amount of Trader Joe's all-purpose spice.
(At this stage, you can marinate the salmon for about an hour to blend the flavors. Or just start baking straight immediately).
The four fillets should be covered with a second, substantial sheet of foil. To secure the edges, crimp them.
Put on the middle rack of a preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes.
Take out of the oven. Five minutes should be given for resting before serving.
