On high heat, preheat a sizable griddle or frying pan. Orange segments, juice, mint leaves, vinegar, and olive oil should all be combined in a big basin. After seasoning, gently combine.
Cut each block of halloumi into 8–10 pieces, then grill or fry until blackened and starting to melt, about 1–2 minutes each side.
Combine the orange and mint with the walnuts and salad greens. Add some black pepper to the halloumi slices before topping.
